The improvement of energy conservation in public service entities in the Dzierzgon Commune

The purpose of the Project is the reduction of thermal energy consumption through thermal modernisation of public buildings in Dzierzgon, with the overall objective of protecting the environment through reducing the emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere. Reference is made to the application, dated 31 August 2006, and additional information received through the Focal Point, dated 13 December 2006 and 27 March 2007. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Thermo modernisation works in the Town Hall, the Communal Houses Administration Unit, two Primary Schools, two Gym Halls, a Nursery School and a Grammar School (replacement of windows, bricking up window openings and thermal insulation of roofs and ceilings); - Modernisation of heating system in the Grammar school. The Project Promoter is the Dzierzgon commune. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project cost.
