Thermal modernisation of public utility complexes in Kolobrzeg

The purpose of the Project is the reduction of thermal energy consumption through thermal modernisation of public buildings in the municipality of Kolobrzeg, with the overall objective of protecting the environment through reducing the emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere. Reference is made to the application, dated 1 September 2006, and additional information received through the Focal Point, dated 29 December 2006, 26 March 2007 and 30 April 2007. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: Thermo modernisation works in the Social and Economic Activation Centre, Primary Schools No. 4, 5 and 8, and the Complex of Schools No. 3 (thermal insulation of external walls and roofs, replacement of old windows and doors, modernisation of hot water installations and modernisation of central heating systems). The Project Promoter is the municipality of Kolobrzeg. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project cost.
