The purpose of the Project is to restore two buildings of the Olustwere manor complex and develop the Olustwere school of Service and Rural economics into a multifunctional educational and cultural centre, with the overall objective of protecting the European cultural heritage by preserving the historical value of the buildings in Olustvere manor complex. Reference is made to the application, dated 16 July 2007 and subsequente correspondence with the Focal Point dated 22 August, 22 October, 8 and 15 November 2007. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Renovation work (total renovation of the horse stable and distillery) - Project management and publicity - Procurement for renovation work - Procurement for equipment - Installation of equipment - Construction inspection The Project Promoter is the Olustvere School of Service and Rural Economics. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project cost.
