Perspektis 21 - Renewable resources - perspektive for the 21st century

The purpose of the Project is to modernize and equip the Centre of Professional Training in Technology and Economics in Prague, with the overall objective of providing up-to-date education programmes and make available reserach information on renewable energy sources to teachers, students and pupils in the Prague region. Reference is made to the application dated 12 March 2008, and any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: 1. Reconstruction of building and roof; 2. Purchase and installation of heat pump, photovoltaic system and photothermic system; 3. Purchase and installation of IT infrastructure for operation of energy systems; 4. Purchase and installation of IT infrastructure for educational purposes; 5. Development and pilot testing of educational programmes and courses; 6. Promotion of educational programmes and courses; 7. Project management, audit and publicity. The Project Promoter is SS-Sentrum odborne pripravy technickohospodarske (Center of Professional Training in Technology and Economics) in Prague. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter shall provide at least 15 percent of the total eligible Project costs.
