The project focuses on harnessing the potential of Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) to promote economic growth and societal development. CCIs are vital to our modern society, contributing significantly to our economy, identity, and culture. They not only generate substantial economic wealth but also play a pivotal role in job creation, particularly for the youth, and have the power to enhance societal well-being. In line with Eurostat data, the CCI sector has already had a notable impact on employment and GDP in both the EU and Bulgaria. As CCIs continually drive innovation, they become the catalyst for progress in various sectors and society as a whole. The project's objective is to bolster the capacity of Ligna Group and Createch Bulgaria members to develop sustainable business models within the creative industries, with a strong emphasis on immersive technologies. The project aims to achieve this by fostering innovation, promoting skill development, enhancing cooperation through networking, and aligning SMEs from Bulgaria and Norway with a focus on the green and digital transition.

Achieving these aims require a series of key activities, including:

- Study Trips

- Project Management

- Project Publicity

- Research Activities

This project also has a strong bilateral component. The project aims to foster collaboration between Bulgarian and Norwegian SMEs, focusing on the dual transition (green and digital). It involves the Norwegian cluster VRINN and its network, actively participating in project implementation. Simultaneously, a Bulgarian cluster will enhance networking and expand opportunities for bilateral partnerships on Cluster and B2B levels, aligning with the objectives of the European Economic Area and Norwegian Financial Mechanism to reduce disparities and strengthen relations between Norway and Bulgaria, contributing to a socially inclusive Europe.

Summary of bilateral results

The Norwegian partner in the project is the VRINN cluster, Stange Komnune. The members of the cluster are mainly companies operating in the fields of VR, AR, and gamification. VRINN has been involved in all project activities for capacity building of the Bulgarian companies and

facilitating matchmaking meetings and cooperation between Norwegian and Bulgarian companies.
